These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PayLix Travels website Travels.paylix.in and mobile application "Paylix" (collectively, the "Platform"), owned and operated by Arthasetu Innovations Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of our Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
PayLix Travels provides booking services for flights, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel-related services. We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers.
When you book travel services through our Platform, you enter into a contractual relationship with the third-party service provider (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators). We are not responsible for the services provided by these third parties.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices and availability may change without notice before we confirm your booking.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. We accept payment through the methods specified on our Platform. All payments must be made in the currency specified during the booking process.
Prices displayed on our Platform may not include applicable taxes, service fees, or charges imposed by travel service providers. These additional costs will be disclosed before you complete your booking.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and the specific booking. The applicable cancellation policy will be disclosed before you complete your booking.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the service provider. Our service fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
You agree not to:
a) Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; b) Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights; c) Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable; d) Interfere with security features of the Platform; e) Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform; f) Attempt to access any other user's account or interfere with another user's use of the Platform; g) Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any person from using the Platform.
The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Platform without our prior written consent.
By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall take place in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, in the English language.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
