Thank you for choosing PayLix Travels (operated by Arthasetu Innovations Private Limited) for your travel needs. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide fair and transparent refund policies. This document outlines our refund terms and conditions for all bookings and services.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@paylix.in or through our official website.
- Refund processing time may take up to 7-14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
- All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable transaction charges, processing fees, and bank charges.
- GST and other taxes paid on bookings are non-refundable as per Indian tax regulations unless the service is completely cancelled and eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation and Refund Schedule
Package Tours
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% of total package cost
- 15-30 days before departure: 70% of total package cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
- 3-6 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
- Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund
Hotel Bookings
- More than 7 days before check-in: 90% of hotel booking amount
- 3-7 days before check-in: 70% of hotel booking amount
- 1-2 days before check-in: 50% of hotel booking amount
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
Transportation Services (Car Rentals, Transfers)
- More than 72 hours before service: 90% of transportation cost
- 24-72 hours before service: 50% of transportation cost
- Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
Adventure Activities and Special Events
- More than 7 days before activity: 80% of activity cost
- 3-7 days before activity: 50% of activity cost
- Less than 72 hours before activity: No refund
Special Circumstances
Weather and Natural Disasters
In case of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God that make travel unsafe or impossible:
- We will attempt to reschedule your booking to a later date at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit voucher valid for 12 months.
- If neither option is acceptable, a refund may be processed with a 10% administrative fee.
Political Unrest and Government Advisories
If the Indian government or your country of residence issues a travel advisory against traveling to your destination:
- Full refund will be provided for bookings that have not yet commenced.
- Partial refunds or credit vouchers will be provided for trips already in progress, based on the unused portion of services.
Medical Emergencies
For cancellations due to medical emergencies:
- A refund of up to 80% may be provided upon submission of valid medical documentation.
- The medical documentation must clearly state that travel is not advised for the concerned individual.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Travel insurance premiums
- Visa application fees
- Vaccination and medical preparation costs
- Special event tickets once purchased (festivals, shows, etc.)
- Any services already utilized, partially or fully
Group Bookings
For group bookings (6 or more travelers):
- A 50% advance payment is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure are eligible for a 40% refund of the total amount.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 45 days before departure.
Modifications to Bookings
- Modifications requested more than 14 days before service: No penalty (subject to availability)
- Modifications requested 7-14 days before service: 10% service charge
- Modifications requested less than 7 days before service: 25% service charge
- Any price difference for upgr
- No refunds will be provided for modifications resulting in cheaper services.
Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for any unused or partially used services, including but not limited to:
- Hotel stay shortened by the customer
- Meals not taken
- Optional tours or activities not participated in
- Transportation services not utilized
Promotional Bookings and Discounted Packages
- Bookings made under special promotions, deals, or with discounted rates may have different, more restrictive refund policies.
- These special conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Generally, heavily discounted packages and flash sales are non-refundable.

Force Majeure
PayLix Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Epidemics or pandemics
- War, civil unrest, or terrorism
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Strikes or labor disputes affecting travel
In such cases, we will offer either a full refund, a credit voucher valid for 18 months, or rebooking at a later date, at the customer's choice.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved according to the following process:
- Submit a detailed written complaint to our customer service department.
- Our team will review your case within 7 business days.
- If the matter remains unresolved, it may be referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The jurisdiction for all legal matters will be the courts in Hyderabad, India.
